You may use checkreal.ai to evaluate content you have a legitimate reason to evaluate — your own work, content shared with you, public content, or content you are reviewing in a professional capacity (newsroom, trust-and-safety, fraud investigation). You may not use the platform to process content unlawfully obtained or to harass or impersonate any person.
Detection is not a verdict
The Truth Score is an indicator, not a determination. checkreal.ai makes no guarantee that a piece of content is or is not authentic, AI-generated, or manipulated. Decisions with legal, employment, educational, or financial consequence must not rely on the score alone. See our methodology for the honest limits.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that detection will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. We are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
Your content
You retain all rights to content you upload. We do not store or share that content (see privacy). Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Intellectual property
The checkreal.ai name, branding, copy, and original content on the site are owned by us or licensed to us. The detection methodology and signal models are our proprietary work.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page and on the changelog. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
